Responsibilities

• Provide L1 / L2 technical support for observability and production platforms to ensure continuous and optimal operation.
• Set up, configure, and manage observability tools such as Dynatrace.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to optimize recurring processes and enhance platform reliability using Python.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure and development teams to ensure smooth deployments and minimize downtime.
• Analyze incidents and troubleshoot production issues to deliver quick, sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to performance improvements by identifying areas for optimization and proposing effective solutions.
• Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation for tools, processes, and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years of experience in observability, automation, or production support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Linux / Unix systems administration.
• Advanced scripting skills with Python.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible, or ArgoCD.
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes as well as network fundamentals and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices is a plus.
